Welcome to Billings Ranch

Mission Statement 
To promote a sense of community, enhance the livability, safety, welfare and interests of the owners. To preserve and enhance property values and the quality of life through the prudent use of resources for the benefit of all who live, visit or work in our Community.

Established in 2008, Billings Ranch is a 71-lot community in Ashland, Oregon, less than a mile from downtown Ashland and the Oregon Shakespeare Festival.

HIGHLIGHTS AND FEATURES OF OUR COMMUNITY

Bike Paths:
The Bear Creek bike path runs from south Ashland to Grants Pass. This 45 mile path follows creeks and rivers passing farmland and vineyards
Shakespeare Festival:

h​e Oregon Shakespeare Festival is a regional repertory theatre in Ashland, Founded in 1935 by Angus L. Bowmer.  
Parks:

Just a short walk away, you will find Lithia Park which starts right in the downtown plaza and runs one mile up the mountain from the downtown. It was designed by the same architect that designed the Golden Gate Park in San Francisco. Beautiful Ashland Creek runs the entire length of the park and  is bordered by  distinct trees and gardens with a  beautiful Japanese garden in the west end of the park.

Ashland boasts some of the state's finest schools and Billings Ranch offers its children access to the best of the best. Whether it's Helman Elementary ( just a 15 min walk away), Ashland Middle School, Ashland High or Southern Oregon University, Billings Ranch children receive a top-notch education in modern facilities located less than a mile from our entrance.
